Which data is collected
Through the enquiry form we collect the name, the name of the company or apartment association, the phone number, the email address, the type and location of the property, the services of interest and the content of the message. We do not collect any other data through the form.
What the data is used for
We use the data only to respond to the enquiry, to prepare an offer and for the related communication. We do not use the data received through the enquiry form for marketing mailings without separate consent and do not pass it on to third parties for purposes other than what is necessary to provide the service.
Storage and transfer
Enquiries are sent by email to info@rhaldus.ee. We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, to prepare an offer and for communication related to a possible service relationship. If no service relationship is established, we delete the data once there is no longer a necessary purpose or legal basis for keeping it.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics (visit statistics) and Google Ads (measuring the performance of ads and enquiries). The recipient is Google Ireland Ltd. Measurement may process device and browser data, IP address, pages visited and an ad click identifier. Until consent is given, these cookies are disabled.
