Through the enquiry form we collect the name, the name of the company or apartment association, the phone number, the email address, the type and location of the property, the services of interest and the content of the message. We do not collect any other data through the form.
What the data is used for
We use the data only to respond to the enquiry, to prepare an offer and for the related communication. We do not use it for marketing mailings without separate consent and do not pass it on to third parties for any other purpose.
Storage and transfer
Enquiries are sent by email to info@rhaldus.ee. The exact retention period and the service providers used will be specified — until they have been agreed, we keep enquiries only for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry.
